If you work in multiple workspaces, it's easy to forget which document belongs to which workspace. You can make your document handling easier with Global search! You can search for any document in any workspaces!

IMPORTANT
The global search only allows you to search in all the workspaces you have access to. If you don't have access to a workspace, you won't see its documents.
  • Text in document sections
  • Participant information
  • Document name
  • Document ID
  • Status
  • Data fields
  • Date
  • Tags
The credentials you can search for are as follows:

How to use global search

The global search can be found in the navigation menu bar on the left.

A list of all the documents from all the workspaces you have access to will appear.

Depending on your column settings, you can view the workspace name where the document is stored. This makes it easier to identify where the document belongs.
