Want to create a smooth and engaging post-signing experience for your counterparties? With Redirect After Sign, you can now automatically send signatories to a custom URL of your choice—right after they've signed a document. Whether it’s your website, an onboarding flow, or a payment page, keep the momentum going!  

Enable Redirect After Sign

To get started, you first need to enable the feature from the Marketplace:

  1. Go to Marketplace
  2. Click on Redirect After Sign
  3. Click on contact sales, or reach out to you Customer Success Manager.

Set Up Redirect After Sign in a Template

Once enabled, you can configure the redirect URL directly in your template settings—giving you full control to use different URLs for different templates.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Templates > Open the template where you'd like to add the redirect
  2. Click on Settings > go to Signing and Security, find Redirect After Sign
  3. Click Customize and enter your preferred URL

Once a URL is added to your template, all counterparties who sign documents created from that template will be automatically redirected to your chosen URL after signing.

INFORMATION
The redirect URL must begin with https:// in order to work correctly.
