Signing on PDF
Do you need to upload a PDF for signing in Oneflow that already has designated signature areas? No problem! With our feature Document Signature Fields feature, you can place signatures anywhere on your document.
Activating feature
Make sure Document Signature Fields is activated in your Marketplace!
Adding Signature Fields to Your PDF
- Upload your PDF and add all participants.
- Click on the Content tab on the right side.
- Drag the Signature field onto your PDF and position it where needed.
- Duplicate the field for all participants and click on each signature field to assign it to the correct participant.
Signing on a Signature Field
All Oneflow signing methods work with Signature on PDF. However, only the "Handwritten Signature" option allows participants to draw their signature directly on the document. All other signing methods will generate a computer-typed signature.
