Send a reminder

At times you might need to remind your counterparty's or your colleagues regarding your documents to ensure that the document gets signed. This can easily be done with Send reminder function. You can send your message/reminder in two different views:

  • Directly inside a document
  • Via the document archive
NOTE
You can only send a reminder if you are a part of the document as a participant.
IMPORTANT
This feature is only available when the document is in a pending state. If the document is already signed, you can send a message via the collaboration tab.

How to send a reminder inside a document

  1. Navigate to your document.
  2. Click on the action menu > Select "Send reminder".
  3. Write your subject and message.
  4. When you're happy with your message, click Send!

DONE! - You can always revisit the message you sent by going to comment section!

How to send a reminder / message via the document list

  1. Find the document in the document list
  2. Click on the action menu > select "Send reminder".
  3. Write your subject and message.
  4. When you're happy with your message, click on Send!
