Preview

The Preview feature lets you see the document exactly as your counterparty will, before you send it. This ensures nothing is missed and everything looks just the way you want.

You can easily switch between mobile view and desktop view to make sure the content looks great on any device.

You can also preview the document as a PDF without downloading it. This is especially useful if you want to check page breaks and see how the final version will look.

Access preview

To access this feature, click on the Preview button in the top-right corner in your document.
Click on Preview as counterparty.

An additional participant will appear in the preview under "Counterparty company" as an example. However, this participant is only displayed in the preview and will not be included in the actual document.

Switch between mobile and computer views

In the preview view, you can switch between mobile view and computer view, located in the top right corner, to see how the document will appear from the counterparty’s perspective on both devices.
