Add a welcome video

Learn how to make your documents or proposals stand out by creating a personalized touch through screen video with voiceovers or personal video greetings in Oneflow! With a welcome video, you can enhance document comprehension and introduce yourself, boosting the likelihood of document approval.

Adding a video to a template och document

  1. Open a document or template.
  2. Go to Settings > General > + Add video.
  3. Choose your preferred method of adding the video:
    - Record from webcam
    - Record from screen
    - Upload from the computer
  4. Wait for the upload and processing to finish, then click "Back to Document." You'll find the video on the right pane. You're now finished!

Upon the initial opening of the document by the counterparty, the included video will appear in a pop-up window.

Once the participant clicks the "Play" button, the system will initiate playback. Subsequently, the video will remain accessible on the right-hand side of the document after viewing.

GOOD TO KNOW..

  • Maximum video length: 5 minutes.
  • File size limit: 120 MB.
  • Supported browsers: Chrome and Firefox.
  • Do not cancel or refresh the page during processing when adding a video.
  • Mute your microphone by clicking the icon in the bottom-right corner.
  • Pause the recording by clicking the pause icon next to the record button.
  • Ensure your camera and microphone are enabled; the system will notify you otherwise.
