Change e-mail address

If you've updated your personal information and need to change your email address, you can do so in the 'My Profile' section.

1. Click on the user account icon  > My profile > Edit.
2. Change the e-mail address and other personal details > Enter your password > Confirm.

The system will send a registration email to the new e-mail address. Make sure the user opens the email to confirm the registration process.

Change users email addresses as an administrator

As an administrator with access to the user tab via admin you are able to change all users email addresses.

1. Go to Admin > Users > Click on the action menu > Edit user details.
2. Change the email address > Confirm.
3. The system will send a registration email to the new e-mail address. Make sure the user opens the email to confirm the registration process.
