Buy seats / Invite users

In this article you will learn how to buy seats and invite your colleagues to use Oneflow. There is no limit to how many users you can invite to your account - the only requirement is that each user needs a seat.

Buy seats

If you find yourself unable to invite additional users, it means you have filled all available seats, and it's time to secure more.

  1. Go to Admin > Users > Click + Buy seats.
  2. Enter the desired number of seats you wish to add.
  3. Check the box to confirm that you have the right to buy these seats > Confirm.

NOTE
When granting access to a workspace, you also need to select the role they will assume. This choice determines the specific rights the person will have in that particular workspace.

Admin Access

Once you have invited a person to the account, you have the possibility to make them an administrator, allowing them to manage account settings, such as handling role permissions for all users in this account.

  1. Go to Admin > Users.
  2. Click on the user name > go to Account access
  3. Click on "Grant user access" > choose Administrator as role > Confirm.

ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS - Exclusive for Enterprise Customers
As an Enterprise customer, you now have the ability to create custom account roles. This allows you to tailor administrator roles to provide different users with access to specific areas. By default, there will be a standard administrator role with all permissions.
