Change password

1. Click on the user account icon  > My profile.
2. Click on Change password.
3. Fill in the required fields > Confirm.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

1. Go to Oneflow's login page.
2. Click on Forgot your password?
3. Fill in your e-mail address > click on Send recovery email.

A link will be sent to your e-mail. Clicking on "change password" will reset your password and let you choose a new password.

I have no access to the e-mail inbox to change password

This is often the case when a user inherits a user account from a previous user.

Please ask an administrator on you Oneflow account to contact support@oneflow.com and provide the e-mail used for the account, and we will reset the password for your account.
