Date format & Timezone

You can choose how dates are displayed and which timezone Oneflow shows for you. Your selection affects what you see in the app (e.g., document/template lists, document information, audit trails).

Downloaded PDFs currently show timestamps in UTC. In the application, you’ll see times in your selected timezone.

NOTE - WORK IN PROGRESS
We’re rolling out personal localization settings gradually. You may notice some areas update before others. If something looks off or still shows the old format, it will be aligned in upcoming updates.

Notifications

Each individual user in Oneflow has the opportunity to control which notifications they wish to receive. By default, all notifications will be turned on and if the user wish to turn off a notification, the individual user must do this when they are logged in. Please refer to our other article for a step-by-step guide on how to do this.
