Oneflow configurations

Note:
Please note collections are now called workspaces.

In this article, you will find Oneflow configurations available in Salesforce.

Opportunity object

Participant Title

When creating a contract, in addition to data fields, information about the participant is sent to Oneflow.

This setting allows users to pick the Title from the Contact field if the job title comes from the contract.

Note:
If the mapped title field is empty for a participant, the title information will not be transferred to Oneflow
Standard and custom Text fields in the Contact object will appear in the list.

Oneflow will display the mapped title value in the contract.

Organization number

This setting enables users to pick a field with the VAT or organization number to display in contracts. Standard and Custom text fields will appear in the list.

Oneflow will display the mapped field value in the contract.

All other objects

Participant Title

Transferring Title is impossible when you are not creating contracts from an Opportunity.

Organization Number

This setting enables users to pick a field with the VAT or organization number to display in contracts. Standard and Custom text fields will appear in the list.

To change this setting, go to a record:
  1. In Salesforce, go to the Oneflow Contracts widget and click the down arrow > Configure.
  2. In the Data Fields Configuration window, select Oneflow fields corresponding to the Party Name and Party Org Number fields in Salesforce, then press Sync Data Fields.

Data fields

Data fields in templates and contracts are placeholders populated with values from the Salesforce fields.

This setting lets users select fields they want to transfer to contracts.

You can select standard and custom fields for Opportunity, Account, Contact, User(Contract Owner), and others.

Tip:
Use formula fields to show values from objects related to Opportunity, Account, Contact, or User to make Oneflow for Salesforce work more complex use cases.

Multiple Contracts

By default, opportunities are limited to one contract only.

By enabling this feature, opportunities will no longer have such restrictions, and users can create multiple contracts on the same opportunity.

Note:
By enabling this feature, opportunities with more than one contract will not have their stage updated accordingly to the Opportunity Stage Mapping setting.

Opportunity Stage Mapping

Note:
Only applicable to Opportunities.

This feature lets customers automate Opportunity Stage transitions based on the Contract State.
