You may already be using our lifecycle feature that allows you to receive automatic reminders on contract periods, cancellation periods etc. In addition, you can now choose to enable your own internal reminder for contracts without needing a lifecycle! With this feature, you're also able to include colleagues who are not a participant in the contract itself.

You can enable an internal reminder on a contract in three different views. In Oneflow's own calendar, in the contract archive and directly in the contract view before you send a contract. 

Calendar view

Start by clicking on the contract tab and then on calendar. 

To the left of the calendar, you will be able to filter all of your contracts that have a life cycle and internal reminders, you also have the option to create new reminders.

All reminders - Contracts that has a lifecycle and/or an internal reminder.
Created by me - Contracts where you have activated an internal reminder yourself.
Created by others - Contracts where you colleagues have enabled an internal reminder.

To separate the Lifecycle reminders and the internal reminders in the calendar and contract archive, all internal reminders will be colored purple.

When you create a new reminder, you can find the contract by searching for: 

• The name of the contract.
• Names of participants in contract.
• Contract ID. 
• By scrolling in the drop-down list.

Contract view

In the contract view, you can enable an internal reminder on a contract before you have sent it out. To do so you need to click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select create internal reminder.

Once you are inside the contract archive, you will see all those contracts that have an internal reminder. The reminders will look like this:

You can create new reminders by clicking on the three dots to the right of the contract and also below the previously created reminders. 

Invite colleagues to receive reminders

You can invite up to 50 active colleagues to receive a reminder regardless of the colleague's permissions. 

When you invite a colleague who is not a participant in a contract or has permission to the workspace from which the contract is created, you as the creator of the reminder will receive a notification about this before inviting the colleague. It will look like this:

You can enable an internal reminder on contracts regardless of their status. It doesn't matter if it's a draft, pending, signed, or an overdue contract.
