This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Power Automate - Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The setup has to be done by an administrator in both systems. If you are a non-admin user, contact your organization's Oneflow administrator for assistance.
  • Log in to both Oneflow and Power Automate using the same email address
  • You need to subscribe to the Business or Enterprise plan in Oneflow.
  • Only workspaces and templates available to the user whose email is used for the connection are displayed, and the templates shown are limited by the Playbook of the API token.

In Oneflow

Activate the Power Automate Integration

  1. Log in to Oneflow as an administrator and navigate to Marketplace.
  2. Scroll down to Power Automate and click on Enable.
  3. Copy the API token that is displayed and save it in a secure location. You need it when you create the Oneflow connection in Power Automate.

NOTE

  • The templates shown are limited by the API token type. For instance, if you connect using a Power Automate API token, the dropdown will only show templates belonging to the "Power Automate" playbook.

In Power Automate

Configure Oneflow Settings

  1. Click + Create to start a new flow, enter a name, select a trigger (search for Oneflow in the 'Search all triggers' field) and click Create.
  2. Click the + button below the trigger, select Add an action, search for Oneflow and select an action, for example Create a contract.
  3. In the Create a new connection panel, enter a connection name, the API token from Oneflow and your email address. Select an API URL and click Create New:
    • Production: the latest stable version of the integration
    • Test: for testing out features in the integration
  4. In the Parameters tab, select a workspace and a template from the dropdowns. Optionally configure Advanced parameters such as data fields or the contract name, then add more Oneflow actions to your flow.

The Oneflow integration is now active! Learn how to create a flow here.
