Getting started with Adocka

This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Adocka - Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The setup has to be done by an administrator in both systems.
  • Log in to both Oneflow and Adocka using the same email address

In Oneflow

Activate the Adocka Integration

  1. Log in to Oneflow as an administrator and navigate to Marketplace.

  2. Scroll down to Adocka, click on it, and then tap on Enable.

  3. When Adocka is enabled, the Oneflow system generates an API token. The token will only be shown once so make sure to copy it and save it in a safe place. It will be needed later when setting up the integration.

In Adocka

Install the Oneflow Module

If you do not see Oneflow in the menu, follow the steps below to install the Oneflow module.

  1. Open Company Settings.
  2. Go to Settings > Company Settings > Add Module.
  3. Search for Oneflow and click Install.
  4. Refresh your browser.

Configure Oneflow Settings

  1. Find the Oneflow tab in the top bar.
  2. Choose Settings and then paste your API token that was generate earlier in Oneflow.
