Welcome to Oneflow! Here is an outline to get you started.


When you've logged in to the app, you'll see the Dashboard that gives you an overview of your contract activities over the last 30 days.

Depending on your access rights, you will also see a New Contract option, Contracts (contract archive), and Templates in the left navigation pane.

If you're an Account Administrator, you will also have the Admin options that will allow you to administrate users and user groups, Workspaces, and account settings.

To see more details about your contracts, go to the Contracts page.


To filter the contract list, you can use the Quick filters options. You can choose to see the contracts according to the following criteria: 

  • Drafts
  • Sent
  • Signed
  • My turn to sign. 

Alternatively, you can filter the search using other options available on the filter pane.  

You can also filter Colleagues (if you have a role with permission to see colleagues' contracts), Insights, and Life cycle.

Contract views

You can view how many times the participants have opened the contract by hovering over the right part of the contract item. 

Contract validity 

It is possible to set a contract validity period before you send it (the default is set to 14 days), and the Contracts view will also show you when the contract expires.


If the contract isn't signed before it expires, the status will change to Overdue. Participants can no longer sign an overdue contract.

Renew contract

You can easily renew the contract:

  1.  Click the action menu (3 dots) in the top right corner of the contract details, and choose Signing period.
  2. Set your new date in the calendar that appears, and click Confirm. The system will notify your counterpart.
  3. When the contract is signed, it will be automatically moved to Signed. Oneflow will display your counterparts a checkmark.
