Welcome to Oneflow! Here is an outline to get you started.
Dashboard
When you've logged in to the app, you'll see the Dashboard that gives you an overview of your documents activities over the last 30 days.
Depending on your access rights, you will also see a New Document option, Documents (Document archive), and Templates in the left navigation pane.
If you're an Account Administrator, you will also have the Admin options that will allow you to administrate users and user groups, Workspaces, and account settings.
To see more details about your documents, go to the Document page.
Filtering
To filter the document list, you can use the Quick filters options. You can choose to see the documents according to the following criteria:
- Drafts
- Sent
- Signed
- My turn to sign
- I can sign
Alternatively, you can filter the search using other options available on the filter pane.
You can filter on Colleagues (if you have a role with permission to see colleagues' documents), Document status, Insights, sign order and Life cycle.
Document views
You can view how many times the participants have opened the document by hovering over the right part of the document item.
Document validity
It is possible to set a document validity period before you send it (the default is set to 14 days), and the document view will also show you when the document expires.
Note:
If the document isn't signed before it expires, the status will change to Overdue. Participants can no longer sign an overdue document.
Renew document
You can easily renew the document:
- Click the action menu (3 dots) in the top right corner of the document details, and choose Signing period.
- Set your new date in the calendar that appears, and click Confirm. The system will notify your counterpart.
- When the document is signed, it will be automatically moved to Signed. Oneflow will display your counterparts a checkmark id they are a signatory.
