Welcome to Oneflow! Here is an outline to get you started.

When you've logged in to the app you're met by a personal, Dashboard that gives you an overview of your contract activities over the last 30 days.

In the menu to the left, you will, depending on your access, also see a New Contract option, Contracts (archive of contracts), and Templates

If you're an Account Administrator, you will also have the Admin options, where you administrate users and groups of users, Workspaces, and account settings.

To see more details about your contracts go to "Contracts"

You can use the available quick filters to limit your view to Drafts, Sent, Signed, or My turn to sign. Or filter your search through the many options available in the list.

You can also filter Colleagues (if you have a role with permission to see colleagues' contracts), Insights, and Life cycle.

The Contracts view also shows how many times the participants have opened the contract.

It is possible to set a period of validity on the contract before you send it (the default is otherwise set to 14 days), and the Contracts view will also show you when the validity will expire.

If the contract isn't signed before the validity expires, the status will change to Overdue. Participants can no longer sign an overdue contract.

However, you can easily renew the contract, just click on the 3 little dots threein the top right corner of the contract details, and choose Signing period.

Set your new date in the calendar that appears, and confirm. Your counterpart will be notified that the contract has been updated and can once again sign it.

When the contract has been signed it will automatically be moved to Signedand your counterparts will be shown with a checkmark
